Glossy chocolate syrup, poured generously over whatever it lands on. Dark, sweet and thick enough to hold its lines on a scoop instead of running straight to the bottom of the cup.

It works on every flavour in our Make Your Own Ice Cream range, from vanilla and mint to cappuccino and butternut, and it finishes a slice of cake just as well. Add almond nuts or Lotus cookies for crunch and whipping cream for height.
