What is in the blend?
Whole ajwain, fennel, coriander and cumin seeds, with ginger. Fennel has an aniseed flavour, coriander is lighter and citrusy, and ginger adds warmth. There are no tea leaves, added sugar or senna.
How to brew it
Add one level tablespoon to 500ml of water. Bring it to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes and strain. Serve warm.

The product name is Slim & Wellness Tea. It is a herbal drink, and we do not claim that drinking it causes weight loss or treats a medical condition.
