What is in the tub?
Along with yoghurt, fruit and granola, it contains honey, condensed milk and evaporated milk. The fruit varies with the market; usual choices include apple, strawberries and grapes.
The granola includes oats, cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds and raisins. It contains dairy, nuts and seeds. Tell us about allergies before ordering. If you want a particular fruit or a change to the toppings, ask what the kitchen can offer that day.

Keeping your parfait
Keep it refrigerated and eat it soon after opening. The granola softens as it sits in the yoghurt.
