Nigerian food is a partnership. The soup does the talking, but it needs something to carry it, and this is where you find that something.

The swallows are here in full: Cassava Fufu, Poundo Yam, Amala, Semovita Fufu, Tuwon Shinkafa and Plantain Fufu, portioned so you can match one to the size of your soup. Beside them sit the plate fillers that finish a meal, including Moi-Moi, Akara, Fried Plantain, Coleslaw and Salad.
